Responsibilities Windows OS management, new hardware deployment, break fix, and customer care REQUIRED SKILLS - Create, manage and maintain Windows 10 standard desktop images and installations. - - - Hands on Experience with Ad, Group Policy, and creating MSI packages utilizing Software Distribution Systems in an Enterprise environment (SCCM preferred). - Mobile device management (Blackberry UEM, Intune, etc ). - Install new laptops, desktops, thin clients, printers, smartphones and other peripherals. - Design, develop, document and enforce hardware policies and standards. valid drivers license and car. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization from end-user to senior management about both business and IT needs. Skillsets preferred Virtualization knowledge (VMware, Citrix, etc ), Cloud Knowledge (AWS, Azure, etc )
